Description
Massage therapy is deeply rewarding—but without the right tools, it can also be physically and emotionally exhausting. This course is designed to help therapists recognize the early signs of burnout and develop practical, sustainable strategies to protect their energy, body, and passion for the work.
Participants will explore the physical, emotional, and professional contributors to burnout while learning actionable techniques for boundary setting, workload management, body mechanics, and nervous system regulation. This course emphasizes real-world application, helping therapists build a career that is both effective and sustainable.
Please note: This course falls under the NCBTMB Self-Care category. The NCBTMB permits a maximum of 4 Self-Care CE hours to be applied toward each license renewal period. While you will receive credit for the full length of this course, only 4 Self-Care CE hours may be counted toward your NCBTMB renewal requirements.
This does not apply to Licensed Massage Therapists in Arizona.
