Description
This course introduces specialized myofascial techniques designed to support the body’s natural unwinding processes. Students will learn how to apply targeted traction and follow fascial pathways to help release long-held patterns of strain, restriction, and compensation within the body.
Drawing from techniques developed and refined within the instructor’s own practice, this class explores a unique approach to working with the fascial system through gentle, traction-based movements. Participants will begin with foundational techniques and progressively build their skills, developing a deeper understanding of how to recognize and facilitate the body’s natural tendency toward release and reorganization.
Through hands-on practice, students will learn safe and effective methods that can be incorporated into a wide variety of therapeutic sessions. These techniques offer valuable tools not only for supporting client outcomes, but also for enhancing the therapist’s own body awareness and clinical approach.
