All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds

Cancellation of registration 14 days or less before the workshop start date results in no refund. However, the amount paid to secure your registration can be transferred to another workshop offered by the Instructors of Tucson Massage CE Institute. This credit may not be used for CE workshops offered by Visiting Providers. It can also be transferred to another individual with approval by an officer of Tucson Massage CE Institute. Credit must be utilized within 1 year of cancellation; otherwise, any remaining amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation of registration in a workshop 14 days or more before the workshop date, or if a scheduled class has been canceled due to natural causes, medical emergencies, or instructor illness, to result in a refund of the registration amount minus the deposit and a $50.00 administrative fee per workshop, refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

To cancel your registration in one of our CE workshops, please call the school at 520-771-5697. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

All refunds will be issued by check, regardless of the original payment method.

Other Cancellations

If an event or program fails to meet the minimum attendance required for effective facilitation, or if it is canceled due to natural causes, medical emergencies, or instructor illness, registrants are entitled to transfer 100% of their paid amount, including the deposit, to another workshop offered by NCBTMB-Approved Providers of the Tucson Massage CE Institute (Dianne ‘Mo’ Taith, Christian Duran, Terry Hall, or Clinton Horner). This credit must be used within one year of the cancellation date; otherwise, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Credits may also be transferred to another individual with approval from a Tucson Massage CE Institute officer.

No Call/No Show/Class Abandonment

Failure to attend your scheduled CE workshop without prior notice—whether by a no-call/no-show or by leaving the course before its conclusion—will be considered class abandonment. This will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee, with no option for a refund or transfer to a future course date.

Given the individualized nature of our coaching approach and the extensive time invested in creating personalized curricula, refunds are not available.

All Residential Type Training & Retreats

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit

Cancellation 61-90 days before the retreat allows for a refund of 50% of your deposit as credit towards another program or service offered by Tucson Massage CE Institute, to be used within 1 year of cancellation.

Cancellation 60 days or less before the retreat renders you ineligible for a refund or credit.

Please note that most retreat organizing expenses are due up to 60 days in advance. Therefore, no refund or transfer of payment to another program can be issued after this deadline.
