Description
This interactive class introduces students to the healing principles and practical applications of craniosacral therapy and myofascial release. We will explore the subtle movements of the cranial and sacral bones while examining how fascial restrictions influence the body—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
The course blends theory with practice. Students will learn the history and foundations of these methods, then deepen their understanding through guided hands-on practice. Emphasis is placed on observing and sensing the unwinding process, with time dedicated to both giving and receiving work. Therapists will learn to recognize and release holding patterns while developing the sensitivity to access deeper layers of the body.
Integration is a key element of this training. Students will learn how to seamlessly incorporate craniosacral and myofascial release techniques into a massage session to enhance therapeutic outcomes, while also understanding when a dedicated, focused session may be most effective.
The ultimate goal is to expand each practitioner’s skillset with subtle yet powerful tools that foster profound release, balance, and transformation on every level.
