Description
In this engaging and hands-on workshop, participants will delve into the fundamentals of Gua Sha, also known as scraping therapy, a traditional healing technique widely used for self-care and massage therapy. Through guided instruction and practical application, students will understand the core principles behind this ancient practice.
Key topics will include the indications and contraindications of Gua Sha, empowering participants to recognize when and how to use this technique appropriately.
This course is live and in-person.
** This course is a prerequisite to attending the following workshops, “Level 1: Facial Gua Sha for Massage”, and “Comprehensive Gua Sha Massage: Full Body Anatomy, Acupressure, and Application”, and is designed to assess where every student is in their Gua Sha education **
