Description
This hands-on course blends the principles of reflexology and massage to enhance the practitioner’s ability to deliver targeted, client-specific care. Through a combination of intake, client history, postural analysis, range of motion testing, and palpation, participants will learn how to assess and interpret the body’s signals to better understand individual needs.
Building on these assessment skills, therapists will design and implement customized reflexology massage sessions that are both therapeutic and intuitive. Emphasis is placed on integrating all demonstrated techniques into a cohesive, client-centered treatment protocol that supports whole-body balance and functional wellness.
