Description
Join Ian for a two-day workshop to bridge the gap between myofascial release and Swedish massage. This includes an introduction to myofascial work and demonstrations of how to slow your sessions down and make them more profound. If you already do myofascial work, this class will help you incorporate more easy, soothing movements into your repertoire. Expect to learn specific techniques for the neck, hips, and back, as well as broad strategies for working in a pain-free and sustainable way. Please bring a set of sheets, a face cradle cover, and your favorite oil or lotion.
