Description
This course addresses the conditions of the common sports challenge tibial stress syndrome, known as shin splints. Students will review basic anatomy related to the tibia and fibula, and learn basic orthopedic assessments to help determine the syndrome. Explore common causes and learn a protocol designed to treat and reduce the painful symptoms so that athletic clients can go back to normal activity.
