Description
This in-depth, hands-on course explores the most common rotator cuff conditions affecting both active individuals and those with everyday movement patterns. Participants will develop a strong anatomical understanding of the rotator cuff and its four primary muscles, while learning how to recognize dysfunction through precise, hands-on assessment techniques.
Students will also learn targeted massage applications to effectively locate and release trigger points, reduce pain, and restore optimal shoulder mobility and function.

Lunch + Break Information
We will have a one-hour lunch break.
You’re welcome to bring lunch—there is a small refrigerator, kitchen area, and a water dispenser available for refills.
Please note: There is food stored on the kitchen shelves that is not for students. It belongs to the LMTs of the Wellness Center. Thank you for respecting that shared space.
If you prefer to eat out, we are within walking distance of 4th Avenue, which offers several restaurant options.
