Description
This course focuses on identifying and addressing soft tissue adhesions through the application of myofascial release techniques. Students will explore how adhesions develop within the fascial system and how they may contribute to pain, restricted movement, postural imbalances, and decreased mobility.
The course also examines the relationship between adhesions and the body’s pain receptors, providing insight into why these areas can become sources of chronic discomfort and sensitivity. Through hands-on practice, participants will learn safe and effective techniques to encourage tissue release, restore mobility, and improve overall function.
In addition to the physical aspects of myofascial work, students will develop a greater awareness of the subtle changes that can occur as restrictions are released, enhancing their ability to work with the body in a thoughtful, client-centered manner.
