Chasing the Winds / Ampuku comes from the tradition of Hara treatments which survived in Japan during the Edo period and preceded Shiatsu. We will look at the energetic structure of the meridians, using tuning forks, and have one day of focus on Pelvic Health treatments. Learn Bone Breathing Qigong and other Daoist meditations.
