Fascia Fundamentals

Build a stronger understanding of fascia and learn practical techniques you can confidently incorporate into your massage sessions.

Fascia Fundamentals provides a hands-on introduction to working with fascia and other connective tissues throughout the body. Designed as a beginner-friendly course, this workshop explores the unique qualities of connective tissue and how working with fascia differs from traditional muscle-focused massage.

Students will learn five foundational connective tissue techniques and practice integrating them into a cohesive treatment approach. By the end of the course, students will have the opportunity to put these skills together by performing a full connective tissue session.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Identify the properties of fascia and other connective tissues
• Describe key differences between fascia and muscle tissue
• Demonstrate five techniques used in connective tissue treatment
• Perform a full connective tissue session using techniques learned in class
