Description
This course is designed to help massage therapists maintain the health, resilience, and longevity of their most valuable tools—their hands. Whether you are currently experiencing discomfort, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to prevent future strain, this class offers practical strategies for self-care and sustainability in practice.
Students will learn techniques to reduce stress on the hands, wrists, arms, and upper body while improving efficiency and effectiveness during bodywork sessions. Emphasis is placed on working smarter rather than harder, helping therapists preserve their careers while continuing to provide high-quality care for their clients.
In addition to physical techniques, the course explores the relationship between tension, pain patterns, and energetic holding within the hands. Participants will learn approaches for releasing both physical restrictions and energetic blocks that may develop through overuse, injury, or chronic strain. These methods can be applied not only for personal healing, but also shared with clients seeking relief from similar challenges.
