In this immersive workshop, participants will journey through the intricacies of upper body anatomy, delving into the layers of skin, the intricate web of muscles, and the vital lymphatic system. Beyond mere anatomy, we’ll uncover the dynamic interplay of organs, the flow of Qi energy, and the strategic Acupressure meridian massage points tailored for the chest and shoulders.

Furthermore, attendees will be guided through a specialized Gua Sha massage sequence, honing techniques crafted to bring relief and rejuvenation to the neck and arms. Complementing these hands-on skills, participants will also acquire a personalized self-care regimen, ensuring their own well-being as they navigate their practice
