When a nerve is trapped, it can refer pain beyond its point of entrapment.
This course extensively reviews the major nerve pathways of the upper extremity, discusses common entrapment/compression syndromes such as Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and details common nerve entrapment sites, reviews basic neural assessment tests, and provides palpatory practice to locate the nerve pathways on self and each other. Participants will also learn and practice effective soft-tissue interventions to help alleviate these conditions.
