Description
The Vibrational State of Healing for Massage is a holistic approach to body and energy work, designed to promote physical alignment, fluidity, and the release of deeply held tensions, traumas, and stress. By addressing both the physical and subtle energy systems, this practice reawakens the nervous system and enhances circulation in injured or chronically painful areas.
This modality is more than just touch—it’s a dynamic integration of movement and flow. Beginning students are introduced to approximately sixteen foundational techniques and a simple energy pattern, which they learn to apply intuitively. These methods help the body align, loosen, and reconnect, allowing tensions to unravel naturally.
Techniques such as stretching, shaking, rocking, lifting, rotating, and push-pull movements encourage clients to recognize areas of restriction and flow within their bodies, fostering awareness and deep healing.
