Sports Massage: Treatment of IT Band Syndrome – 4 CEUs

Description

This course addresses the condition of the common sports challenge of Iliotibial band syndrome. Students will review basic anatomy related to the IT band. Learn basic orthopedic assessments that will help determine the syndrome. Explore common causes and learn a protocol designed to treat and reduce the painful symptoms so that athletic clients can go back to normal activity.
