Description
In this class, participants will learn to adapt Zen Shiatsu techniques to a recipient on a massage table. Supine and Prone positions will be utilized to employ torso, shoulder, and hip mobilizations, meridian compressions, and postural assessment. Participants will engage with the vital Zen Shiatsu concepts such as Kyo and Jitsu so that they can apply the quality of touch appropriate to the condition of the body. This class is open to all people with previous bodywork experience.
This course is live and in-person
No prior knowledge of Shiatsu is needed.
